Contemporary and Modern Art of Bangladesh. Galleri Kaya, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Galleri Kaya organised the exhibition, featuring 42 artworks by thirty-four eminent artists of Bangladesh. The artworks at the exhibition were done in oil, acrylic, mixed media, pen, etching, aquatint, woodcut, indigenous pigment, serigraphy, relief process on paper and canvas. Fourth National Sculpture Exhibition. Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Dhaka, Bangladesh

The Fourth National Sculpture Exhibition, held at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (http://shilpakala.gov.bd/), showcased 117 selected sculptures by 98 sculptors from across the country. Fifteen sculptures by eminent sculptors of the country like Abdur Razzaque, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Anwar Jahan, Nitun Kundu, Syed Abdullah Khalid, Ferdousi Priyovashini, Shamim Sikder, Alak Roy, Mahbubur Rahman and others were on display at the show.
