Galleri Kaya, on the occasion of its 15th anniversary, organised a group art exhibition featuring works by forty-three contemporary and modern artists from Bangladesh and India. The participating artists included Amitabha Banerjee, Debdas Chakraborty, Ganesh Haloi, Goutam Chakraborty, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Hashem Khan, Jamal Ahmed, Kamaluddin, Kanak Chanpa Chakma, K G Subramanyan, M F Husain, Murtaja Baseer, Qayyum Chowdhury, Rafiqun Nabi, Ranjit Das, Safiuddin Ahmed, Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Shahabuddin Ahmed, Shahanoor Mamun, Shishir Bhattacharjee and others. The exhibition showcased a total of 72 artworks completed in diverse media including — oil, acrylic, charcoal, ink, pen, indigenous pigment, etching, lithograph, serigraph, woodcut, wood engraving, watercolour and mixed media.
