The installation depicts a broken door and a martyred figure in front of the door. It highlights the inhumane suffering that the people experienced during the Bangladesh War of Liberation. The installation was exhibited in the Asian Art Biennale 1982 at the Shilpakala Academy. The work brought the ‘Best Sculptor’s Award’ to Hamiduzzaman Khan. It is also one of the first sculptural works on the liberation war in Bangladesh. The installation is now preserved in the Bangladesh National Museum.
