The largest sculpture by Hamiduzzaman Khan in the memory of war of liberation, ‘Jagrotobangla’ (meaning The Vigilant Bengal) is located in front of the Zia Fertilizer Factory in Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria. The sculpture has a staggering height of 49 feet, including the 22-feet plinth. The form of the sculpture was initially made with clay, followed by casting in white reinforced cement concrete (RCC). The plinth is made of marble and red brick. The sculpture incorporates geometric forms,  symbolizing a dauntless freedom fighter with rifle and bayonet.
